1. Acceptance and eligibility

Creating an account, buying an episode or otherwise using the service means you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. By using the service you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person — accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

Tell us promptly at support@prankkingott.com if you believe someone else has used your account. We are not responsible for losses arising from a password you chose to share, but we will help you secure the account.

3. What you are buying

Paid episodes cost ৳10 each. A purchase unlocks that single episode for your account only. It does not unlock other episodes, and each additional episode must be purchased separately.

Once unlocked, you may watch that episode as many times as you like, for as long as your account exists and the episode remains available on the service. Access is streaming only — no download is provided.

Free episodes are provided through our official YouTube channel and are subject to YouTube's terms.

4. Payment, delivery and verification

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include all applicable charges — no delivery or handling fee is added. You can pay in two ways:

• Online payment through SSLCommerz, our payment gateway, using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, other mobile wallets, internet banking or a local or international card. Your payment details are entered on the gateway's own secure page and are never seen or stored by us. Access is granted automatically once the gateway confirms the payment.
• Manual bKash Send Money, where you send the amount to the number shown at checkout and submit the bKash Transaction ID. An administrator verifies it against our records before your episode unlocks — usually within minutes, and within 24 hours at the latest.

Full delivery timelines and the refund process are set out in our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy. A payment flagged as high risk by the gateway may be held for manual review before access is granted.

Each Transaction ID can be used once, for one episode, on one account. Submitting a Transaction ID you did not pay, reusing one, or submitting false information may result in your access being removed and your account suspended.

5. Content and copyright

All videos, artwork and other material on the service are owned by Prank King Entertainment or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to watch — it does not transfer any ownership.

You may not:

• record, download, copy, re-upload or redistribute any episode
• share your account, or share links intended to give others access you paid for
• attempt to bypass, remove or interfere with our security measures, watermarks or access controls
• use automated tools to scrape, capture or resell any part of the service

Paid episodes carry a visible watermark identifying the account watching. If a recording of our content is distributed, we may use that watermark to identify the source account and suspend it without refund, and we may pursue legal remedies.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Episodes are added and removed over time; early-access episodes are typically published on our YouTube channel later, free of charge. We may change prices for future purchases at any time, but never for a purchase already made.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly for piracy, payment fraud or account sharing. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Acceptable use

Beyond the copyright restrictions above, you agree not to use the service to:

• break any law of Bangladesh or of the country you are in
• upload or transmit any virus, malware or other harmful code, or otherwise attempt to damage or disrupt the service
• probe, scan or test the security of the service, or try to gain access to any account, server or data that is not yours
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the service, create accounts, or collect data from it
• place an unreasonable load on our systems, or interfere with another viewer's use of the service
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to any person or organisation

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without owing you any payment or acknowledgement. You keep any rights you already had in what you sent.

9. Changes to the service and to these terms

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, including individual episodes and features, without notice. Episodes you have already paid for remain available to you for as long as we hold the rights to them; if we must withdraw an episode you paid for within the previous 30 days, contact us and we will refund it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes never apply retrospectively to a purchase you have already made.

10. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the episode in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Bangladesh.

11. Resolving a dispute

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@prankkingott.com or on WhatsApp at +8801733350311. Most problems — a payment that did not unlock, an episode that will not play — are settled the same day.

If we cannot settle it between us, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter by discussion for 30 days from the date the complaint was first raised in writing, before starting any legal proceedings.

12. General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else; we may transfer ours if our business is reorganised or sold, and your rights will not be reduced by that.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. Prank King Production is registered at House 77, 3rd floor, Kazir Goli, West Mollar Tek, Dakshin Khan, Dhaka 1230, Bangladesh. Trade Licence No. TRAD/DNCC/031138/2023.
